Another project I was given at The Maya Romanoff Corp was to take the Installation Instructions that are provided with all of their products at shipping and change the working file format from QuarkExpress to Adobe InDesign since that was, now, the program of choice. I was asked to redesign the instructions, as well. Simple black and white, clean and legible were the guidelines I was provided. (Since the instructions were printed in-house-many at a time-and images, aside from occasional graphics, were not needed, B&W was the most effective palette.)
As mentioned above, the instructions are printed and shipped with the products, but they are also available on-line and downloadable from the Maya Romanoff website.
